At Level 2, youâre no longer just completing tasksâyouâre owning them. You follow through from kickoff to deployment and ensure the right things are actually shipped. Youâve started to internalize what âdoneâ really means: tested, deployed, communicated, and understood. You manage your own time, flag risks early, and deliver reliably without needing much oversight.
At Level 3, you deliver not only your own work but also help the team ship successfully. You think ahead to what might go wrong, navigate ambiguity, and raise delivery quality across the board. Youâre the kind of teammate who quietly keeps projects on trackânot by being loud, but by being relentlessly consistent, clear, and helpful.
At Level 4, you lead delivery at the team or cross-team level. You create the conditions for success: clear priorities, unblocked paths, healthy rhythms, and visibility into progress. You see around corners, rally the right people, and clear the fog that slows others down. You arenât just shipping workâyouâre shaping how work ships.
At Level 5, you define what great delivery looks like across an organization. You influence not just timelines and outcomes, but how people think about progress, risk, and momentum. You align delivery with company strategy. You build durable systems that help many teams move in sync. And you cultivate a culture where clarity, urgency, and follow-through are contagious.
